I’m marketing / communications professional and I help companies maximize the marketing contribution to achieve a business objective, by building brand equity, generating sales leads, enabling sales channels, measuring customer satisfaction, gaining customer insight, establishing high performing marketing teams, and improving processes while optimizing marketing ROI. My experience and expertise covers all aspects of marketing, but my passion is e-marketing. In addition, I also have a background in business development and technology combined with a broad global experience.
In a recent project, I dramatically increased customer satisfaction through a complete overhaul of the company’s global web sites based on voice of the customer data. I also re-engineered the global web marketing strategy, including web 2.0 to deliver a year on year increasing number of sales leads. In addition, I institutionalized search engine marketing, improving rankings, increasing product visibility, and maximizing marketing efficiency, by implementing a world class global program with a methodology for measuring ROI, and optimizing available marketing funds. I also established global benchmarks for tracking preference, customer loyalty and brand attributes.
I brand myself as a metrics driven strategist, implementer and results producer, with outstanding leadership skills, and I have a reputation to drive effective team behavior, and to quickly build credibility with peers, executives, customers, and sales.
