My experience and expertise covers all aspects of marketing, but my passion is e-marketing. In addition, I also have a background in business development and technology combined with a broad global experience.
In one of my projects, I dramatically increased customer web satisfaction and conversion through a complete overhaul of a global web site based on voice of the customer, by re-engineering the web marketing strategy, including the social media. In addition, I improving rankings, increased product visibility, and maximized marketing efficiency, by implementing a world class search engine marketing program with a methodology for measuring ROI. I also established global benchmarks for tracking preference, customer loyalty and brand attributes.
